In pursuit of this mission, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to uphold the integrity of our operations, ensure fairness, and protect the interests of all stakeholders involved. We encourage all aspirants to review this policy carefully before proceeding with their enrollment.
General Policy on Cancellations
Once the payment for a program has been successfully completed, cancellations are generally not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the continuity and efficiency of our operations, including the allocation of resources, scheduling of sessions, and preparation of learning materials. However, we recognize that unforeseen situations may arise that prevent an aspirant from participating in the program. Therefore, under specific conditions outlined below, a request for cancellation may be considered.
Eligibility for Cancellation Requests
Aspirants who have successfully enrolled in a program but have not attended a single class, either, are eligible to submit a cancellation request. The following conditions must be met to initiate the cancellation process:
1.No Class Attendance: The aspirant must provide evidence that they have not attended any class since their enrollment. Attendance records maintained by Perfectdialect will be used to verify this claim.
2.Timely Submission: The cancellation request must be submitted within a reasonable period from the date of enrollment. Requests submitted after a significant delay may not be entertained.
3.Application and Review Process
a.Submission of Request: The aspirant must submit a formal cancellation request through the designated communication channel (e.g., email or online form). The request must include all relevant details, such as the aspirant's enrollment ID, program name, and the reason for seeking cancellation.
b.Investigation and Verification: Once the request is received, our dedicated investigations team will thoroughly review the case. This includes verifying attendance records, payment details, and any supporting documentation provided by the aspirant.
c.Decision Notification: Based on the findings of the investigation, a decision regarding the cancellation request will be communicated to the aspirant within a stipulated time frame.
Refund Policy
If the cancellation request is approved, the following refund policy will apply:
a.Full Refund: The aspirant will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid if the investigation confirms that no class was attended, and all conditions of eligibility have been met.
b.Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Non-Eligibility for Cancellations
a.Partial Attendance: If the aspirant has attended one or more classes, they will not be eligible for any refund or cancellation.
b.Non-Participation Without Notice: Aspirants who fail to attend classes without prior notification and without submitting a cancellation request within the stipulated period of 90 days will not be eligible for any refund.
c.Program Commencement: Once the program has commenced, cancellations are not encouraged, as resources are allocated, and schedules are set.
Exceptions and Special Considerations
Perfectdialect reserves the right to evaluate exceptional cases on a discretionary basis. Situations such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events will be reviewed with due consideration. Supporting documentation will be required to substantiate such claims.
Amendments to Policy
Perfectdialect reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy at its sole discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to aspirants via official communication channels and will be effective immediately upon notification.
