Refund Policies

Welcome to Perfectdialect's refund policy, you agree to the refund policy followed by using our services:

Enrolments will be eligible for a partial refund of unused course fees subject to strict cancellation policies and charges. Students must act quickly to cancel enrollment and request a refund, as no refunds are permitted once a student has attended 3 or more classes. The refund processing time is lengthy, ranging from 60-90 days after the refund request is submitted. Refund requests must be submitted through the proper channels by contacting [email protected]

Domestic Indian students will be charged a cancellation fee of 1000 rupees + GST per class attended, plus an additional processing fee based on a percentage of the total course cost. International students will be charged a $20 cancellation fee per class attended, again plus a processing fee percentage. Both the per-class cancellation fees and processing fee percentage will be deducted from any potential refund. Furthermore, the initial non-refundable down payment and registration fees will not be returned under any circumstances.  

On top of these deductions, if a student has not attended any classes for the past 3 consecutive months, their remaining course fees will be forfeited with no refund. In summary, enrollment cancellation and refunds are permitted within a short window if minimal classes have been taken, but are subject to strict policies including per-class cancellation fees, percentage-based processing fees, non-refundable initial payments, and automatic forfeiture of fees after prolonged absences. Students must act quickly and understand the stringent constraints around enrollment cancellation and refunds.
